Great place! The Alyssa's (A&D) were great, as was Maricela on the phone. They were polite, courteous, and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently!!! Dr Cha and Cosmo were awesome as well!!! I hope I don’t have to go back for another root canal, but if I do, I won’t go anywhere else!! Gary M

Dr. Do Hyeon Kim, is very knowledgeable in his specialty. I rushed to the dental clinic because of the sudden pain I felt in my gums. They scheduled me in and performed the root canal immediately. They carefully checked it and confirmed that it was coming from the #13 tooth (crowned tooth without root canal). I had a swollen face and gums with lots of abscess inside and the infection had spread fast throughout my left face. Dr. Kim did a really great job to drain it and performed the procedure patiently. I never felt that I was being rushed throughout the procedure. I even received daily follow up phone calls to see how I was doing. Dr. Kim and his assistant have gone above and beyond the entire process. All in all, I'm very pleased with their work and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dr Cha is spectacular. I was so nervous about going to do anything with my teeth that I put it off for a long time. Dr Cha has such a calming demeanor and his expertise makes for a great experience. So glad to have found him. And Tina at the desk is extremely helpful. She greets you with a warm smile, is professional and so accommodating 10/10!

Dr. Jiang to my rescue for a second time by completing two root canals in two separate occasions that were started at a different dental association. Tina remembered me from my first root canal issue and helped to calm my nerves because I was highly upset and concerned with this being my second failed root canal by the same dental associates. Dr. Jiang is VERY professional but MOST of ALL PROUD and CONFIDENT in the work that she does. She made me aware by telling me that my root canals weren't normal since I have three canals and NOT two. She recommended that I NOT go to any dental group due to this factor. So I am glad to say I still have another root canal that has to be done, and the ONLY Endodontist who will be doing my root canal is Dr. Jiang and her AWESOME staff of ALL women Tina, Lucy, and Reyna at New Haven Endodontics Specialist. I was initially apprehensive about receiving a Root Canal, however it could not have gone any smoother, and I would recommend this team to anyone who is in need of services. Ms. Casmo was fantastic and personable, putting my mind and nerves at ease. Dr. Jiang was also phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable efficient, and addressed any questions or concerns I had. I had been putting off a root canal for years in extreme fear of the dentist. Endodontics Specialists of New Haven put me at great ease after my consultation with Dr. Cha, whose very demeanor is so calming and helpful for such an appointment. I barely even felt the needle pokes and the procedure was finished as quickly as I could have wished for. I would recommend this dental office for any serious dental needs, and if I must, I’ll go back to them because I fully trust I’ll be okay there. It’s been one week since my appointment and I’ve been fine since the same day of the procedure. I didn’t even need pain meds. Highly recommend.

After having a traumatic experience with a dentist, I became distraught and naturally did everything in my power to never have to deal with them only to get my cleaning’s. Well I had a crown on a tooth that recently failed so now I’m freaking out. I see my dentist who had to refer me to out to an endodontics…well I know what this means pain, stress, fear and being out right pissed off….well I’m off to face every concern I had. I go and I meet this lovely Dr.jiang and instantly I felt the genuine professionalism. The Root Canal begins and before I know it; it’s over. I highly recommend seeing Dr jiang if you ever felt the way I felt do yourself a favor and visit a professional Dentist who will put you at ease without knowing they did so…..

I had a difficult crown placement. Saw Dr Jin Jiang who diagnosed an infection and performed a root canal with care and attention to assure the area was fully numbed as I don’t numb easily. Throughout the procedure she was reassuring and made sure I could tolerate it. She’s the best. The office staff were great. I highly recommend this office.
